Job Description

Community Representative Job Description We are seeking enthusiastic Community Representatives to work part-time (15-25 hours/week) as a part of a team in the Welcome Center at Wildflower Ranch. This role is responsible for assisting the developer team in managing the Welcome Center, greeting guests, and showcasing Wildflower Ranch's robust lifestyle and community amenity offerings.
Responsibilities:
Understand the value of the community brand at all touch points: the Welcome Center, community amenities and throughout the community Guide the Welcome Center guest experience, in person and online Open, maintain and close the Welcome Center according to procedures Greet and direct guests with community questions Share the Welcome Center vision, lifestyle and community amenity offerings with guests Perform individual and group presentations to showcase the community and surrounding area Distribute marketing collateral and community information to guests Effectively register guests and capture guest information Manage onsite collateral inventory; work with team to keep updated collateral in builders' sales offices; distribute collateral to builders as needed Routinely inspect builders' sales offices and models for out-of-date collateral Establish a relationship with the builder's on-site sales representatives to enhance the effectiveness of the Welcome Center Support the developer's real estate agent outreach program Assist and participate in onsite agent events Assist and participate in onsite community events, grand openings, and other special promotions as needed. Responsibilities may include, but are not limited to; helping with vendor organization, ordering and preparing give-away items, overseeing guest registration, taking photographs, cleanup, etc. Oversee mail, shipping, and general back office administration Perform related administrative duties Other duties as they may be assigned Requirements Must be able to work weekends (either Saturdays OR Sundays) Strong customer service, hospitality and/or sales experience Proficient in MAC/Apple tech and MS Office Suite including Outlook, Excel and Word Excellent oral and written communication skills are necessary 1-2 years' customer service experience in real estate or retail environments delivering exceptional customer service and unreasonable hospitality. Marketing/Sales background is a plus. Candidates must be able to focus in an open workspace. Ability to frequently stand/walk most of the day Light lifting, pushing and pulling up to 50 pounds may be needed This job description is not intended to be all-inclusive.
