This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, is responsible, and can handle a mix of customer service and light operational tasks in a fun, fast-paced setting. Duties Greet guests warmly and provide excellent customer service to ensure a positive arcade experience Monitor arcade machines and report basic issues or malfunctions as needed Handle cash transactions, including game credits, prize redemptions, and point-of-sale payments accurately Wiping down machines and counters Sweeping or mopping floors as needed Emptying trash bins Keeping prize and play areas neat Enforce basic safety rules to ensure a secure environment for all guests Assist guests with questions, concerns, or minor issues in a professional and friendly manner Support daily opening or closing procedures as assigned Experience Previous experience in customer service, retail, or entertainment environments preferred Comfortable working in a family-friendly setting and interacting with children Basic cash handling or point-of-sale experience is a plus Reliable, responsible, and able to work independently Willingness to perform light cleaning and general upkeep as part of daily duties Join us as an Arcade Attendant and be part of a fun, energetic environment where teamwork and customer satisfaction matter.
