Bricks & Minifigs is the largest LEGO resale franchise in the country. Our Pantego store specializes in new and retired LEGO sets, certified and pre-built used sets, minifigures, bulk bricks, and buying LEGO collections from the community. We're looking for energetic, dependable adults who genuinely enjoy helping people. If you like talking with customers, staying busy, learning new things, and working as part of a small team, we'd love to meet you. This is much more than a cashier position. Every shift is different, and you'll play an important role in creating an exceptional experience for every customer who walks through our doors. What You'll Do Welcome every customer and create a friendly, engaging shopping experience. Learn about customers' interests and recommend products they'll love. Operate the register and accurately process transactions. Assist with buying LEGO collections (after training). Sort, organize, and process LEGO parts, minifigures, and sets. Certify and prepare pre-owned LEGO sets for sale. Merchandise products and keep displays full, organized, and inviting. Maintain a clean, organized sales floor and back room. Support weekend events, promotions, and special projects. Work as part of a team while taking ownership of your responsibilities. What We're Looking For Minimum age: 21 Friendly, outgoing, and comfortable starting conversations. Reliable with a strong work ethic. Able to stay productive without constant supervision. Detail-oriented and organized. Comfortable learning about LEGO products and our buying process. Able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 30 pounds. Weekend availability is required. Retail, customer service, hospitality, or sales experience is a plus. This Role May Not Be a Good Fit If You... Prefer working alone with minimal customer interaction.
