Counter Sales Associate HVAC TruStar Supply Plano, TX Job Details Full-time From $15 an hour 2 hours ago Qualifications Computer operation Air conditioning Full Job Description Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Counter Sales Associate specializing in HVAC (Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning) products. We have two openings - one at our Plano store and another at our Garland store. In this role, you will serve as the frontline representative, providing expert guidance on HVAC parts, equipment, and accessories while delivering exceptional customer service. Duties • Responsible for helping walk-in customers by taking their orders, pulling the required items, and entering the order in the system to create invoices. Assist customers over the phone in a professional manner with product and pricing inquiries, check stock and advise customers on product availability. Assist customers in selecting HVAC parts, tools, and equipment by understanding their needs and providing knowledgeable recommendations. Assist with warehouse activities including receiving shipments, stocking items, pulling customer orders, and delivering transfer orders to stores. Experience Familiarity with HVAC systems. HVAC field service or trade experience highly desirable. Hands-on knowledge of warehouse management practices including shipping & receiving. Experience working with computer systems. Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate technical information clearly and professionally.
