Curbside-Personal Shopper-E-Commerce

Spec's Wines, Spirits and Finer Foods is looking for experienced E Commerce Associates-Personal Shoppers - Order Pullers for our E Com Department. We are in search of dynamic, energetic and guest focused staff to provide exceptional service to our customers. Spec's Wines, Spirits, and Finer Foods is a Texas-based, family-owned company that provides exceptional guest service, great prices, and an extensive selection of products in a fun and exciting environment. The main duties of an E Commerce Associate is to provide exceptional Curbside Service to our patrons and everything that is included in getting their order out to them. You must print online orders for pick-up and delivery; pull and pack online orders for pick-up and delivery; and carry out orders to curbside guests as well as any other duties assigned by your supervisor.

Pay:

$13 - $14 p/h The ideal candidates will have open availability, be able to work evenings, weekends and holidays, have previous retail experience as well as liquor, spirits, wine and tobacco knowledge. They must be friendly, motivated, self-driven and courteous team members that are willing to go the extra mile and make a more memorable experience for our customers. Standing long periods of time in one area as well as being able to lift at least 35 pounds is necessary. As a an E Com Associate- Curbside, you'll review submitted orders and contact Customers regarding order selection as needed You'll serves as one of the primary points of contact for customer service and order review, select eCommerce online orders, package them in compliance with Standard Operating Procedure (SOPs), and ensure all perishable / non-perishable eCommerce merchandise areas are clean and free of debris Reviews submitted orders; helps coordinate proper allocation of resources to insure accurate and on-time completion Assists in selecting, sorting, unloading merchandise from baskets into refrigeration, frozen, or dry storage holding areas, and returning products to their proper location as needed Provides superior customer service by phone and e mail when reviewing orders with customers; suggests items for substitute as needed; answers product-related questions, locates products, and helps customers as needed Packages / transports/ loads groceries, merchandise from the Store to customer's vehicle Minimizes shrink through careful handling of product Achieves productivity standards Selects items necessary to complete order from store, to pack and put away customer orders in staging area, to retrieve orders for customers, and to review customer order and communicate changes and or adjust order with the customer In the absence of the Manager / Lead, takes the lead to communicate Maintains / stocks bag areas Organizes / cleans / prepares E Com area Loads/ unloads / moves heavy, bulky products to support eCommerce order selection Maintains standards for safety and sanitation Work with Customers and stay attentive to their needs The ideal team member will have experience in a customer service focused environment. Will be able to greet customers and provide an exceptional experience for our customers. Candidate must obtain a TABC Seller Server Certification prior to start date and be 21 or older.
