  • Part-time, Full-time Sales Associate/Membership Sales The sales position is focused on obtaining new club memberships.
This is accomplished primarily through calling leads generated through marketing activities, club tours and contests. Great sales reps must be able to quickly identify potential member's needs and use solution-selling techniques to close the sale. They must be able to present the customer a solution to their specific needs using the products and services offered by the club. Cooperation in a team environment is also essential. The following are the specific performance objectives for the position. In assessing competency and fit, all candidates will be benchmarked against these standards. Call all Leads Manage and create social media content Effectively Plan Each Sales Day Conduct Effective Club Tours Become Product Expert Work with Team to Provide Excellent Customer Service Assist in Implementing Local Marketing Help to maintain a clean and healthy environment
