Retail Sales Clerk Responsibilities:

Greet and assist customers in a welcoming and professional manner Build positive relationships and provide an outstanding shopping experience Answer customer questions and offer product recommendations based on their needs Upsell and recommend complementary products to maximize customer satisfaction Process sales transactions accurately using a POS system Handle customer inquiries, returns, and concerns with professionalism and efficiency Maintain product displays and ensure the sales floor remains organized and inviting Stay knowledgeable about products, features, and promotions Support store promotions, special events, and marketing initiatives

Retail Sales Clerk Qualifications:

Excellent customer service and communication skills Friendly, energetic, and positive attitude Retail sales or customer service experience preferred Strong interpersonal and relationship-building abilities Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment Basic computer and POS system skills Dependable, punctual, and team-oriented Ability to work weekends and holidays as needed

Friday :

9am to 5:30pm

Saturdays:

10am to 2pm
