We are seeking dependable, energetic individuals to support our daily tree service and wood processing operations. If you enjoy working hard outdoors and want a direct path to advance in arboriculture, we will invest in your development from day one.
Core Responsibilities Machinery Operation:
Safely run power equipment, including wood splitters, chainsaws, and brush chippers.Site Management:
Handle ground-level trimming, clear brush/debris, and perform thorough job site cleanups.Climber Support:
Work alongside lead arborists and climbers by managing rigging lines and ground logistics.Material Handling:
Load trucks, haul wood debris to disposal points, and assist with processing and delivering firewood.Fleet Care:
Prep work vehicles, load supplies, and assist with routine equipment maintenance on shop days.Package & Incentives Experienced Rate:
$160 - $180 / day (scaled to industry experience).Trainee Guarantee:
Guaranteed $140 / day starting minimum for entry-level workers.Reliable Payroll:

Gain practical experience to step up into groundsman, tree trimmer, or climber roles. We also support your goals to earn your SPCS License and ISA Arborist Credentials.Steady Schedule:
Dependable full-time hours available year-round, rain or shine. Qualifications Valid driver's license and dependable daily transport to our Princeton, TX shop. Physical capability to endure 8-10 hours of demanding manual labor outdoors in changing weather conditions. Uncompromising commitment to workplace safety guidelines and team coordination. Background in landscaping, general labor, or tree services is a plus, but a strong work ethic is all you need to start.Pay:
