Pay is $15 to $22 per hour based on experience, and no experience is needed. You will dig and expose water, sewer, and gas lines, tunnel under homes and sidewalks, and backfill jobsites. You bring a valid ID and authorization to work in the US. You bring the strength to dig, lift, carry, climb, bend, and work in tight spaces. You are comfortable outdoors in Texas heat, cold, and rain, around dirt, mud, trenches, tunnels, and heavy equipment. You bring the reliability to reach our Richardson shop on time. You bring a professional attitude at customer homes and follow direction as part of the crew. You are ready to pass a drug screen and background check. Who We Are TopTech handles plumbing and electrical work for homes. We serve homeowners in and around Richardson, TX. We do the job right and protect each customer's property. What You Will Do Each Day Dig and safely expose underground water, sewer, and gas lines. Tunnel under homes, buildings, and sidewalks when needed. Backfill and compact the ground once work is done. Load and unload tools and materials, and set up and break down the jobsite. Keep the site clean and flag any damaged or unsafe tools. Why You'll Love Working Here Pay is $15 to $22 per hour based on your experience. Full time and onsite at our Richardson shop, paid as a W2 employee or 1099 contractor. Learn excavation, tunneling, underground plumbing, and equipment operation on the job. Room to move up, with higher pay if you can run a mini excavator, skid steer, or compactor.
