We harvest Raw Honey from our own beehives and also make fresh peanut butters and nut buttes. We are a small business and we do several farmers markets all across the DFW Area. As a Market Associate, you will play a crucial role in enhancing the shopping experience for our customers through effective communication. When customers shop at a farmers market especially for food, they have questions about the kind of ingredients and benefits. We will provide a complete, comprehensive guide that helps you answer all these questions! Duties Greet and acknowledge customers and maintain and inviting booth. Provide exceptional customer service by assisting shoppers with inquiries and product selections. Sample food products along with offering suggestions on how to use it or share recipes. Engage in upselling techniques to maximize sales opportunities while maintaining customer satisfaction. Exhibit strong phone etiquette whole working at the booth. Willing to commute to different areas within DFW. Qualifications Previous experience is Sales Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply to better serve our diverse customer base. Strong communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with customers and team members alike. A positive attitude with a willingness to learn about products we make.
