Job Summary:

As a Sales Associate at IBC, you'll be key in delivering exceptional customer service and building lasting relationships. You'll engage with customers, provide tailored solutions, and contribute to reaching team targets and goals by serving the financial and banking needs of the community. Whether you're assisting a customer with their banking needs or participating in community outreach initiatives, you'll be making a difference every day.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver the "IBC Experience" by providing prompt, efficient, and friendly customer service.
• Promote bank products and services through customer interactions, follow-up calls, and outreach activities.
• Assist in branch operations, including opening/closing procedures and adherence to compliance standards.
• Support the Branch Manager in managing branch inventory and supplies.
• Collaborate with team members to meet and exceed sales goals.
• Perform all responsibilities with a clear understanding of and adherence to all policies

Skills and Qualifications:

• A high school diploma or GED equivalent is required.
• 1+ years of experience in customer service, retail, or banking preferred.
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred.
• Ability to adapt and thrive in a dynamic, team-oriented environment.
• Eagerness to learn, grow, and contribute to both the team and the community.
