This role involves assisting customers, handling transactions, stocking inventory, and maintaining store presentation and compliance with Texas alcohol regulations.

Responsibilities:

Greet and provide excellent customer service and assist customers with product selection and purchases Operate POS system and handle cash/credit transactions accurately Check IDs and enforce legal age requirements (strict compliance required) Stock shelves, rotate inventory, and maintain product organization Keep store clean, organized, and visually presentable Assist with receiving shipments and inventory counts Support promotions, pricing accuracy, and product displays Follow all state and store policies regarding alcohol sales

Requirements:

Must be 21+ (Texas alcohol law requirement) Previous Liquor, or convenience store experience Strong communication and basic math skills Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 40 lbs Dependable, punctual, and detail-oriented Comfortable working in a regulated, compliance-heavy environment

Preferred:

Liquor store, convenience store, or retail experience Familiarity with POS systems and inventory handling Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus

Compensation:
