Responsibilities:

Engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner to understand their needs and preferences. Learn product knowledge to explain and educate to our customers. Utilize technical sales knowledge to recommend products that best suit customers' requirements. Good social skills. Achieve and exceed sales targets by proactively approaching customers and closing sales. Process transactions accurately and efficiently while maintaining a clean and organized work environment. Stay up-to-date on product knowledge, promotions, and policies to provide accurate information to customers. Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless shopping experience for customers. Stay on current social media trends and translate them into relevant, on-brand content. Comfortable both behind and in front of the camera for short-form video and social content. Create, film, and post engaging content that reflects the brand's voice and aesthetic.

Experience:

MUST be available for our mandatory off-site major shows - will further explain and discuss in the interview process. Prior experience in retail sales or customer service is preferred. Ability to effectively communicate in English. Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively. Experience in electronics sales or wireless sales is advantageous. Basic math skills for processing transactions accurately.
