We are expanding and seeking a motivated Sales Associate to join our Seminole, TX location. ⸻ Position Overview As a Trailer Sales Associate, you will help customers find the right trailer for their needs, provide product education, and guide them through the full sales process. This role requires strong communication skills, a positive attitude, and the willingness to learn product specifications quickly. ⸻ Responsibilities Greet customers promptly and professionally. Assess customer needs and recommend suitable trailer options. Learn and maintain detailed knowledge of trailer models, features, towing requirements, and applications. Prepare accurate quotes, sales contracts, and invoices. Maintain the sales lot, assist with trailer positioning, and verify inventory. Follow up with leads and existing customers to encourage repeat business and maintain strong relationships. Demonstrate company values and ensure a consistently positive customer experience. ⸻ Qualifications Previous sales experience required; equipment or trailer sales experience preferred. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Basic computer proficiency (CRM systems, email, invoicing tools). Fluent in English; Spanish fluency strongly preferred. Ability to work outdoors, lift up to 50 lbs., and assist with moving trailers when needed. $20.00 - $22.00 per hour
