Job Description
Job Summary We are seeking an energetic and customer-focused Sales Associate to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be the friendly face that guides customers through their shopping experience, helping them find the products and services that best meet their needs. Your enthusiasm and sales skills will drive customer satisfaction and contribute to the overall success of our retail environment. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your sales expertise while providing exceptional service in a fast-paced setting. Responsibilities Greet customers warmly and assist them in locating products or services within the store Engage with customers to understand their needs and recommend suitable solutions, including financial services or banking products when applicable Process transactions accurately using cash handling, cashiering, and cash management techniques, ensuring proper cash register procedures Support customers with basic math calculations for purchases, discounts, or loan processing inquiries Maintain a clean and organized sales floor to enhance the shopping experience Handle customer questions and resolve issues promptly to ensure high levels of satisfaction Assist with inventory management, including stock replenishment and product displays Skills Must have Valid Motorcycle License Proven experience in retail sales or customer service environments Knowledge of banking or financial services is a plus Strong sales skills with the ability to upsell or promote additional products effectively Basic math proficiency, including retail math and cash handling skills such as 10 key typing Excellent communication skills to engage with diverse customers confidently Familiarity with financial software or point-of-sale systems preferred Ability to perform cashiering duties accurately and efficiently Experience with loan processing or financial transactions is advantageous Demonstrated ability to provide outstanding customer service in a fast-paced setting
