The ideal candidate will be passionate about providing exceptional customer service and possess the ability to effectively communicate product benefits to customers. As a Sales Associate, you will play a key role in driving sales and ensuring a positive shopping experience for our customers. Duties Engage with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored product recommendations. Conduct product demonstrations to showcase features and benefits. Operate the cash register and handle cash transactions accurately. Maintain an organized and visually appealing sales floor. Assist in inventory management, including restocking shelves and managing product displays. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly. Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals and enhance the overall shopping experience. Skills Strong communication skills to effectively interact with customers and team members. Proven customer service experience, demonstrating the ability to meet customer needs. Familiarity with Point of Sale (POS) systems for processing transactions efficiently. Ability to perform product demonstrations that engage customers and highlight key features. Proficient in cash handling and basic math skills for accurate transaction processing. Experience in supervising or leading team activities is a plus. Comfortable operating cash registers and managing financial transactions. Bilingual abilities are highly desirable, enhancing communication with diverse customers.
