Job Description
Imperium Strategic Group, a results-driven sales and development firm, is seeking an Entry Level Sales Associate in El Paso to connect our customers with AT&T Fiber's internet services. AT&T Fiber is the top internet provider in El Paso, and the Entry Level Sales Associate is the one showing our customers why. As an Entry Level Sales Associate, you'll start with sales and service training that builds your product knowledge and your people skills in equal measure. The Entry Level Sales Associate spends their days greeting our customers in person and introducing them to AT&T Fiber You'll identify opportunities to upgrade households, present plans with patience, and enroll customers who leave feeling like they just made the smartest decision of the month. Responsibilities of the Entry Level Sales Associate Communicate directly with customers in person to propose AT&T Fiber alternatives that align with their home entertainment and network needs. Extend constructive direction that renders the choice of AT&T Fiber plans clear and self-assuring. Evolve customer questions into sales by showcasing AT&T Fiber's speed and reliability. Identify sales opportunities for advancement and help customers upgrade to higher-tier AT&T Fiber plans. Reinforce customer commitment through caring assistance and insightful direction on AT&T Fiber offerings. Partner with the sales team to meet AT&T Fiber sales targets while delivering superior service Qualifications of the Entry Level Sales Associate High school diploma or equivalent preferred. Passionate about sales or customer service is a plus. Ability to collaborate effectively with fellow team members to meet sales goals. Strong interpersonal skills to engage customers in person and present solutions. Enthusiasm for sales and leadership, with a drive to grow into higher‑level sales roles.
