Job Description

Investment Sales Associate FLSA Status:
Exempt Position Snapshot:
This position supports the investor relationship function to build and maintain profitable relationships with investors. Responsible for managing key existing clients and serving as a driver in selling Trinity to existing investors.
Essential Functions:
Report directly to Client Relations Manager Serves as the key point of contact for existing investors; r esponsible for investor relations activities by nurturing existing relationships Work closely with the Marketing, Investments, and Client Relations teams to execute on initiatives to grow the business and create effective strategies Service investors with high level of integrity, build rapport, obtain referrals, and maintain a positive company image Utilize Excel, CRM investor portal, and Google Sheets to prepare reports related to sales activity May travel 2-3x/year to visit investments and attend investor events, occasionally out of state

Required Qualifications, Education, and Experience:
Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Business Administration, Real Estate, or a relevant subject 3+ years of applicable work experience with progressively increased responsibilities in business development or relationship management Have showcased success (metrics) in an earlier role; proven track record of managing successful partnership relationships Strong working knowledge of finance and private equity Proficient in Word, Excel, Outlook, Adobe, and Google Sheets Self-motivated, high energy, goal- oriented Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to summarize conclusions and confidently present well-supported arguments for or against specific investment opportunities Licensed by FINRA with SIE, Series 82 or 7, and Series 63, 66, or 65; or similar Notable interpersonal skills, with the ability to negotiate and coordinate with third parties on behalf of Trinity Must have the ability to self-direct work and exercise independent judgment to formulate and implement solutions
Preferred Qualifications:
Ability to focus under pressure; comfortable meeting tight deadlines with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail Excellent critical reasoning, quantitative, and analytical skills demonstrated by work experience and/or academic record Ability to multitask and prioritize deadlines across several projects with different managers Self-starter; able to identify "what's next" and make meaningful progress with little oversight or structure Familiarity with JuniperSquare and HubSpot or similar CRM tool, such as Salesforce Supervisory Responsibilities None Work Environment, Physical Factors, and Other Special Requirements The work environment characteristics described here are representative of those the employee will encounter while performing the essential functions of this job. Work is performed in an office environment and the noise level is moderate. To perform this job successfully, the employee is frequently required to remain in a stationary position. Daily movements include sitting; standing; reaching and grasping; operating computers and other office equipment; moving about the office; and attending onsite and offsite meetings. Must be able to exchange information in person, in writing, and via telephone. Ability to maintain regular, punctual in-office attendance consistent with the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) and other federal, state, and local standards is required for teamwork, face-to-face interaction with co-workers/investors, and operating required office technology and equipment. The employee may work extended hours, outside of regular shift schedule, as required by operational needs.
