We are seeking a highly motivated and licensed Inside Sales & Support Associate to join our growing team. This role is designed as a dual-support position, providing day-to-day service, sales support, and guidance across both personal lines and commercial lines insurance. The ideal candidate will bring strong personal lines expertise while possessing the ability—and willingness—to contribute meaningfully to commercial lines support. You will serve as a key resource to our network of agents, helping drive efficiency, accuracy, and service excellence across both lines of business. This position operates within a structured workflow that includes managing agent requests through an email-based ticketing system, along with inbound and outbound phone support. While agent support is the primary focus, you will also engage directly with clients when needed to assist with service and policy-related requests. Key Responsibilities Agent Support & Sales (Personal & Commercial Lines) Serve as a primary point of contact for agents, providing guidance and support across personal lines and small-to-mid commercial accounts Respond to agent requests via ticketing system and phone in a timely, professional manner Assist with quoting, binding, and issuing new business for both personal and commercial policies Provide coverage analysis, carrier appetite guidance, and best practice recommendations Identify cross-sell opportunities and potential coverage gaps across accounts Support submission preparation, proposal development, and follow-up activities Policy Servicing & Account Management Assist with endorsements, renewals, policy changes, and coverage inquiries across both lines Support commercial servicing tasks, including certificates of insurance (COIs), additional insureds, and basic policy maintenance Maintain accurate and detailed documentation within the agency management system Ensure consistency, compliance, and quality across all service interactions Training & Agent Enablement Provide training and ongoing support to agents on personal and commercial products, carrier guidelines, and internal workflows Assist with onboarding new agents and reinforcing best practices Act as a resource to improve agent efficiency, response times, and overall service quality Client Service & Relationship Support Interact directly with clients as needed to resolve service requests and policy questions Deliver a high level of professionalism and responsiveness in all client communications Support retention efforts by ensuring a seamless and positive service experience Qualifications Active Property & Casualty Insurance License (required) Minimum 2+ years of insurance experience with exposure to personal lines and/or commercial lines Strong working knowledge of personal lines coverages; foundational understanding of commercial lines preferred Experience in a service, support, or inside sales role within an insurance environment Familiarity with agency management systems (Applied Epic, AMS360, or similar) Proficiency in Microsoft Office and general business systems Excellent communication, problem-solving, and customer service skills Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a structured workflow Preferred Qualifications Experience supporting both personal and commercial lines accounts Prior experience working with retail agents or internal agency teams Familiarity with commercial submissions, COIs, and carrier portals Training, onboarding, or mentorship experience Ability to navigate multiple carrier quoting platforms What We Offer Competitive salary plus performance-based incentives Opportunities for professional growth, cross-training, and career advancement A collaborative, team-oriented work environment focused on excellence and support Why Join Us?
