Job Summary Join our dynamic team as a Training Sales Associate (TSA) at HOTWORX Champion Forest Spring! In this energetic role, you will be the first point of contact for prospective clients, guiding them through engaging product demonstrations and inspiring them to embrace our innovative fitness solutions. Your enthusiasm and exceptional communication skills will drive membership growth, foster lasting customer relationships, and create a motivating environment that encourages clients to achieve their wellness goals. Duties Greet and assist walk-in customers with enthusiasm, providing detailed product demos to showcase the benefits of our fitness programs Conduct engaging sales conversations, upselling memberships and retail products to meet individual customer needs Manage POS (Point of Sale) transactions accurately, including cash handling and processing payments efficiently Maintain attractive merchandising displays and ensure the sales floor is well-stocked and organized for optimal customer experience Demonstrate excellent phone etiquette when answering inquiries, scheduling appointments, and following up with potential clients Supervise and train new team members on sales techniques, product knowledge, and customer service standards Support inventory management tasks such as stocking retail items and assisting with merchandising strategies Skills Proven experience in retail sales or customer service environments, preferably with POS systems and cash handling skills Strong communication skills with the ability to deliver compelling product demos and explain features clearly Bilingual abilities are a plus to connect with diverse clientele effectively Demonstrated supervising experience or leadership capabilities in a team setting Knowledge of upselling techniques, merchandising strategies, and retail math for achieving sales targets Excellent phone etiquette and interpersonal skills to build rapport quickly with customers Familiarity with grocery store or retail environments is advantageous but not required; a positive attitude and eagerness to learn are essential Join us as a Training Sales Associate and be part of an energetic team dedicated to transforming lives through innovative fitness experiences!
