Music & Arts seeks a part-time Senior Sales Associate to drive sales and exceptional customer service in our retail store. In this role, you'll help students, parents, and educators select band and orchestra instruments, accessories, rentals, and lessons that support their musical goals. Responsibilities include greeting customers, assessing their needs, recommending products and services, processing transactions, maintaining store displays, and meeting sales targets. You'll collaborate with a student-focused, service-driven team while promoting music education and community engagement in a fast-paced, performance-oriented environment.
