We are currently hiring a Sales Associate to support our growing client portfolio and assist with professional client interactions. This role centers on working with business clients and decision-makers, helping them identify service options that align with their operational needs. It's a strong fit for individuals who are organized, professional, and interested in building experience in sales, client support, and account coordination. As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for communicating with clients, presenting service options, and assisting with account-related requests. You will receive structured onboarding and ongoing support to learn our systems, processes, and communication standards. This is a full-time, in-office position based in Temple, TX. Responsibilities Meet with clients to understand their business needs, priorities, and service goals Provide clear, accurate information about available solutions and service options Assist with account setup, updates, and ongoing support Maintain organized and up-to-date records of client interactions Follow up with clients to ensure consistency and service quality Identify opportunities to expand existing client relationships Participate in team meetings, training sessions, and performance check-ins Collaborate with internal team members to support overall client satisfaction Qualifications Must be 18 years or older Able to work full-time in Temple, TX (in-office) Strong communication and interpersonal skills Professional, reliable, and detail-oriented Ability to manage time effectively and stay organized Experience in sales, customer service, or account support preferred
