We're looking for a relationship-driven sales associate who enjoys working with people, building repeat customers, and earning commission through performance. What You'll Do Provide a personalized, consultative in-store experience Build relationships with customers and drive repeat business Proactively reach out via phone, text, and email to recommend products Fulfill online orders (pick, pack, ship) with accuracy Maintain an organized, clean, and well-stocked store What We're Looking For 1+ year retail or sales experience (preferred) Strong communication and relationship-building skills Motivated by sales goals and commission opportunities Organized, dependable, and process-oriented Available to work Saturdays Compensation $15/hour base Team monthly bonus Employee discount on fragrances This role is ideal for someone who enjoys connecting with customers, takes ownership of their performance, and wants to grow within a relationship-driven retail environment.
