We're looking for a motivated, full-time Photo Lab and Rentals Dept. Manager to join our team at our Woodlands location. Manager, you'll oversee the daily operation of our photo lab, rentals and repair services. You'll work closely with customers and teammates to deliver exceptional service and maintain the high standards Precision Camera is known for. Responsibilities Provide outstanding customer service and assist customers with photo lab, rental, and repair needs. Support fellow team members by sharing knowledge, assisting with daily tasks, and contributing to a collaborative work environment. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe photo lab that reflects Precision Camera's brand standards. Resolve customer concerns professionally and efficiently, partnering with store leadership on escalated issues when needed. Coordinate communication between the Woodlands and Anderson Lane lab and rental and repair teams to ensure smooth workflow and project completion. Operate the point-of-sale system for customer transactions and general sales support. Produce high-quality photographic prints and scans using professional lab equipment. Take ownership of challenges and proactively identify solutions to keep operations running smoothly. Qualifications The ideal candidate will have: A genuine passion for photography and photographic printing. At least 2 years of photo lab experience Strong knowledge of: Digital and analog photography Film stocks and film handling Professional printing processes Scanning workflows Experience using: Adobe Lightroom Adobe Photoshop Canon Image PROGRAF printers Epson scanners Excellent communication and organizational skills. A positive attitude and strong work ethic, even in a busy environment. The ability to work collaboratively while also taking initiative and ownership. Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and lift equipment throughout an 8-hour shift. Bilingual (Spanish) is a plus.
