About Us We are a family owned and operated The UPS Store looking to fill full and part-time positions. Candidates will be required to work various shifts during the week Monday to Friday (8:00am to 7:00pm) including some Saturdays (9:00am to 5:00pm) and Sunday occasionally (10:00am to 3:00pm). Job Description Provide excellent customer service. Be comfortable engaging with customers walking in the door and helping them feel well served. The candidate for this position will delight customers by fast friendly service and informing them about our portfolio of products & services. The candidate and members of his/her team receive and processes packages for shipment, sort mail, operate copiers, fax machines, point-of-sale devices and (upon getting certified) acts as a Notary Public. Starting pay will be $11.50, once notary and training are completed (about 2 months) you will be raised to $12.50. Monthly performance bonuses of .75- $1.25 per hour worked are given monthly depending on if you and the store qualifies.

Take action to learn all product and service offerings, alternative solutions, and industry trends. Operate all equipment, software, and devices in an expert fashion and be willing to teach others. Maintain a clean and safe working environment.
