Job Description

The Snowbasin Resort Pass Checker is often among the first to interact with our guests on the mountain. They greet guests, answer questions, monitor passes, and manage the flow of the lift lines.
Duties & Responsibilities:
Greet the guests in a friendly manner while validating their access to the lifts. Play a unique role at the resort by providing a fun, welcoming atmosphere for our guests while ensuring our products' integrity. Monitor passes to validate that our guests have their own valid product before loading our lifts. Redirect guests with invalid passes to the appropriate person/location to resolve the issues. Maintain a safe and orderly environment Perform additional duties as assigned. Assist in lift opening and closing tasks; including but not limited to lift line maze set up and sweeping chairs.
Qualifications:
Outgoing, cheerful and friendly demeanor Must be able to handle difficult conversations with invalid pass holders Must be available to work weekends and holidays. Must be able to communicate fluently in English. Ability to work outdoors in all types of inclement weather, standing and moving for entire shift on potentially slippery or uneven surfaces.
