Full-time, 40 hours per week Work arrangement: In-person only Backfire is a well-known Youtube channel with over 1 million subscribers. We manufacture firearms accessories like recoil pads and stocks in our shop in Hurricane, Utah. We're a small team who are all extremely passionate about our work.

The biggest problem we've had in the past is employees who don't quite follow the systems and create huge problems for us by being sloppy and careless. It's not absolutely required that you have prior experience if you're willing to learn, but it would certainly help!

RESPONSIBILITIES

Operate a 3d print farm with several dozen 3d printers Manager of 4 part-time employees who will report to you Help customers resolve recoil pad fitment issues Remove completed prints and perform post-processing Inspect products carefully for quality, consistency, and accuracy Pick, pack, and ship customer orders accurately and on time Maintain inventory of products, materials, and shipping supplies Respond professionally to customer service emails Keep the warehouse and production areas clean and organized Experience with or knowledge of firearms, hunting, shooting, rifles, or firearms accessories is also helpful because many of our products serve customers in the firearms industry. Pay:

$20.00 - $27.77 per hour
