Job Summary:

We're looking for an enthusiastic Part-Time Retail Associate to join our team! Shift we are hiring for :

MON & TUES

11am-6pm, SUN 11am-4pm, and some Saturdays. If this works for you and youhave a passion for natural products, love interacting with customers, and thrive in a friendly, community-driven environment, this role is for you. You'll be responsible for providing outstanding customer service, maintaining a welcoming store atmosphere, and helping customers find the perfect products.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet and assist customers with product selections, answering any questions about our handmade skincare and artisan goods. Provide excellent customer service by engaging with shoppers in a friendly and helpful manner. Operate the cash register, process sales transactions, and handle returns/exchanges. Restock shelves, and maintain store cleanliness. Learn about our products and ingredients to educate customers on their benefits. Support in-store events, promotions, and occasional social media content creation. Uphold store policies and contribute to a positive team atmosphere.

Qualifications & Skills:

Prior retail, sales, or customer service experience is preferred but not required. Friendly, outgoing, and able to provide warm, personalized service. Passion for natural, handmade products and sustainable living. Ability to handle cash and operate a POS system. Dependable, punctual, and able to work a flexible schedule, including weekends. Comfortable standing for extended periods and occasionally lifting up to 35 lbs.
