Ogden Beauty Supply in Ogden, UT is seeking motivated and customer-focused a Retail Sales Associate and/or Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be the face of our brand, providing exceptional service to our customers while driving sales and enhancing their shopping experience. The ideal candidate is enthusiastic about Hair and Nails, possesses strong communication skills, and has a knack for upselling products. Duties Greet customers warmly and assist them in locating products within the store. Provide product demonstrations to educate customers about features and benefits. Handle cash transactions and maintain accurate cash handling procedures. Stock shelves and ensure merchandise is displayed attractively and organized. Engage in upselling techniques to maximize sales opportunities. Answer customer inquiries with professionalism and effective phone etiquette. Maintain knowledge of current promotions, sales, and store policies. Collaborate with team members to achieve store goals and enhance customer satisfaction. Qualifications Previous experience in retail sales or customer service is required. Experience in hair and/or nails is preferred. Excellent communication skills with a friendly demeanor. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple tasks. A proactive approach to problem-solving and customer engagement. Willingness to learn about new products and promotions to better assist customers. Hours of operation are Monday - Friday 8:30 am - 5:30 pm and Saturday 10-2, availability during these hours is required. This is a full-time position.
