Yes Responsibilities Assist and guide customers in selecting and purchasing units that best fit their needs Build and maintain strong relationships while delivering an exceptional customer experience throughout the sales process Stay up to date on automotive trends current promotions and financing options Thrive in a fast-paced environment while meeting and exceeding sales goals Collaborate with team members to create a seamless and efficient sales experience Qualifications Must be a Powersports Enthusiast Previous experience in powersports sales or retail is a huge plus but not required Experience with BMW Ducati Triumph or high-end brands is a HUGE plus Strong communication and negotiation skills A positive goal-oriented attitude with a strong work ethic Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new sales techniques and product knowledge Valid driver's license and professional appearance Ability to pass a background check and pre-employment drug screen
