Responsibilities:
As a RV Sales Associate, you will: Be the first point of contact between customers and the dealership, building the brand Set up appointments throughout the week to set up visits Actively listening to best determine a customer's wants and needs Logging customers into CRM Follow up with customers by call, text, and email Take care of customers including past, present, and future Demonstrate features and options on RV's Answer basic questions on financing Fill out correct paperwork with customers Have an in-depth knowledge of the dealership's inventory, finance options and sales process. At times work vehicle cash and finance deals from start to finish
Qualifications:
Skills, Experience and Educational Qualifications:
3-5 years of RV or Automotive Sales Maintain a positive, energetic attitude throughout the day Strong attention to detail and accuracy Excellent time management skills One plus years of prior finance experience preferred Flexible schedule and able to work nights and weekends Presents themselves professionally to appeal to the general public Pass a drug screening to ensure a safe and winning team Must have a good driving record
