  • Duties:
  • Engage with customers to provide assistance and excellent service through the initial sales lifecycle and periodic engagement (at least 4 times a year) through life of each clients agreement
  • Maintain a detailed and organized sales pipeline
  • Answer new lead calls, respond to lead emails, and manage referral sources
  • Learn business service and product offerings and onbarding processes
  • Understand market lingo and key industry factors needed to properly communicate service and products sold in order to be successful with the entire sales lifecycle
  • Promote sales by recommending additional items to customers
  • Supervise and train new staff members as needed
  • Each sales representative is required to provide at least 25% of potential client leads through their own individual sources
  • Responsible for making sure client contracts are signed and any initial sales deposits are collected
  • Experience:
  • Prior experience in commission driven sales
  • Strong communication skills to interact effectively with customers and team members
  • Ability to handle contracting processes and sell profession services
  • Prior experience selling B2B
  • Knowledge of sales techniques and upselling strategies
