South Salt Lake, UT About the Role We are hiring entry-level and early-career sales professionals to represent AT&T's Wireless division in a B2B territory sales capacity in South Salt Lake, UT. This is a face-to-face, in-person role — you will be out in the field meeting directly with business owners and decision-makers daily. We offer structured training across both front-end sales and back-end operations, with a clear path into sales management for those who perform well. Responsibilities Represent

Wireless solutions to small and mid-sized businesses in person Conduct direct business outreach and field visits to generate new client interest Present wireless plans, device options, upgrades, and cost-saving packages face-to-face with business clients Build and maintain relationships with business owners and key decision-makers Drive new business activations and meet territory sales targets Assist with training, onboarding, and mentoring of new sales representatives Learn territory management strategies including market analysis, account planning, and performance tracking Support field coaching and help develop sales team productivity Maintain a professional, solutions-focused approach in all client interactions Qualifications Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills Comfortable and confident in face-to-face business environments Goal-oriented with a demonstrated ability to meet objectives Coachable, dependable, and motivated to develop leadership skills Prior experience in sales, customer service, or a customer-facing role is a plus — not required Compensation & Benefits Weekly paid uncapped commission Performance bonuses W2 employment status (not 1099/independent contractor) Comprehensive sales and leadership training provided from day one Hands-on experience in territory sales management and team development Ongoing mentorship from experienced sales leaders Advancement opportunities into Territory Manager and Sales Manager roles Represent a nationally recognized brand with strong market demand
