Mobile Sales Associate

Mobile Sales Associate 3.8 3.8 out of 5 stars Wireless Sales Associate Needed. Seeking a energetic and highly motivated individual who demonstrates a passion for exceeding expectations. This individual will work in a fast paced cellular phone store, Metro by T-Mobile, and for a growing company where personal achievements are rewarded. Part time or full time available. One of the busiest location in this area. We are looking for who like to stay busy.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Product knowledge of cellular phones and cellular accessories.
• Ability to be able to utilize a POS system.
• Able to learn readily the company's different plans and phones and able to communicate all such knowledge effectively to the customers.
• Able to service multiple customers at same time while maximizing each customer's needs.
• Generate and drive sales to meet and exceed all sales goals.
• Maintain the visual appearance of the store.

Requirements:

• Must be able to work flexible schedule, including nights, weekends and holidays.
• Must have personal, reliable form of transportation.
• Bi-lingual (English/Spanish)

Background Check Conducted Customer Experience and Sales:

• Accountable for the achievement of all personal goals while maintaining a standard of excellence with customer service.
• Meet and exceed the required customer services goals while meeting and exceeding sales quotas.
• Make the store experience interactive and engaging and build long term relationships with the customer base.
• Support your team, keep the store looking its best, and make sure your knowledge of Metro by T-Mobile technology is up to date.

Hourly compensation plus commission.
