Job Description

Malloy Chevrolet of Charlottesville is seeking a motivated and customer-focused Automotive Sales Associate to join our team in Charlottesville, VA. In this role, you will be responsible for engaging with customers, understanding their needs, and providing exceptional service to help them find the perfect vehicle. Automotive Sales Associate Responsibilities:
Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner. Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate vehicles and products. Conduct vehicle demonstrations and coordinate test drives. Negotiate sales terms and finalize purchase agreements. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the automotive market, products, and promotions. Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers to encourage repeat business. Collaborate with the sales team and other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience.
Automotive Sales Associate Requirements:
Proven experience in sales, preferably in the automotive industry. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment. Valid driver's license and clean driving record. High school diploma or equivalent; additional education is a plus. Professional appearance and a positive attitude.
