Job Description
Overview The ideal candidate is upbeat and personable and has worked in a high end women's clothing store or similar type of retail experience As a Retail Sales Associate, you will play a crucial role in providing an exceptional shopping experience for our customers. Responsibilities Provide outstanding customer service by greeting customers, answering questions, and assisting with product selection. Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system efficiently, handling transactions accurately and responsibly. Become knowledgeable about our products and use that information to help customers find the right gift or outfit for themselves Utilize upselling techniques to maximize sales opportunities while ensuring customer satisfaction. . Communicate effectively with customers and team members and be a team player. Qualifications Previous experience in retail sales or customer service is preferred. Strong communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with diverse customers Ability to work Saturdays required. Ability to work till 5:30 weekdays and 6pm on Friday and Saturday Ability to work at least 3 days per week
