Covington, VA Pay:
$45,000- 80,000+ per year (based on individual sales) Guaranteed Training Pay

No automotive sales experience? No problem! If you have a great attitude, enjoy working with people, and are willing to learn, we'll provide the training and support you need to succeed. What You'll Do
- Help customers find the right vehicle for their needs.
- Build lasting relationships that lead to repeat and referral business.
- Conduct vehicle demonstrations and test drives.
- Follow up with customers using our CRM.
- Deliver vehicles and provide an exceptional customer experience.
- Maintain an organized, attractive, and sales-ready inventory by moving and staging vehicles throughout the dealership lot.
- Share your customer deliveries on social media to help grow your personal brand and customer base.
- Participate in dealership and manufacturer training.
- Work a flexible schedule, including Saturdays. What We're Looking For
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Sales, retail, hospitality, or customer service experience is a plus—but not required.
- Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record. Benefits
