Responsibilities Greet customers warmly and provide outstanding customer service throughout their shopping experience Operate POS (Point of Sale) systems efficiently to process retail sales transactions accurately and quickly Handle cash register operations, including cash handling, cash drawer balancing, and processing returns or exchanges Assist customers with product demos to highlight features and benefits, encouraging additional sales through upselling techniques Maintain stock levels by stocking shelves, organizing displays, and ensuring merchandise is well-presented and accessible Demonstrate strong phone etiquette when answering inquiries or assisting customers remotely Support merchandising efforts by organizing products according to store standards and assisting with inventory management Qualifications Previous experience in retail sales or cashiering preferred; supervisory experience is a plus Proficiency with POS systems and cash register operations Strong communication skills in both English and bilingual capabilities are highly valued Ability to perform basic math accurately for transactions and retail math calculations Knowledge of retail store product details and merchandising practices Experience with product demos and upselling strategies to maximize sales opportunities Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, approachable demeanor Ability to handle cash drawer responsibly and adhere to cash handling procedures Join us in creating memorable shopping experiences!
