Hiring for part-time and full-time positions. Job Summary Blue Ridge Experience is looking for an energetic Customer Service and Sales Representative to join our team. Our destination has a lot to offer this community, and we want someone who genuinely loves people and loves this area. What You'll Do Engage with customers throughout the retail floor Assist with inventory and product staging as directed Greet every guest with warmth and a positive attitude Help guests find items, make selections, and complete purchases Step in with assistance wherever it's needed Keep the premises clean inside and out, including watering plants Support events as needed Assist with opening and closing routines Ensure all store property and merchandise is secure and accounted for What You Bring Experience in retail sales and working directly with people Excellent communication skills and real comfort talking with people of all kinds
