Demonstrate hardware products effectively, highlighting features and benefits to help customers make informed decisions. Assist customers with retail sales transactions using POS (Point of Sale) systems, ensuring accurate cash register operations and cash handling procedures. Upsell complementary products and accessories to enhance customer satisfaction and increase sales revenue. Manage stock levels by stocking shelves, merchandising products attractively, and conducting inventory checks regularly. Provide excellent customer service by answering questions about product specifications, compatibility, and troubleshooting basic issues. Maintain professional phone etiquette when assisting remote or phone-in customers, ensuring clear communication at all times. Experience Prior retail sales experience with a focus on electronics or hardware products is highly preferred. Supervising experience in a retail environment will be advantageous for leadership opportunities. Demonstrated ability to perform product demos confidently and educate customers on technical features. Bilingual skills are a plus to serve a diverse customer base effectively. Strong communication skills combined with excellent phone etiquette are essential for engaging with customers both in person and over the phone. Familiarity with POS systems, retail math, cash register operations, cash drawer handling, and cashiering procedures is required.
