Lingerie & Novelties - Norfolk, VA Got It Video! is hiring two dependable, outgoing part-time Retail Sales Associates to join our team. We are an established adult retail store offering lingerie, adult products, movies, and novelty items in a welcoming, judgment-free environment. This position is perfect for someone who is comfortable discussing adult products professionally, enjoys helping customers, and takes initiative without needing constant direction. We are looking for employees who are reliable, confident, friendly, and willing to learn. There is an opportunity for additional hours and advancement into a leadership role based on reliability, performance, product knowledge, and the needs of the business. Responsibilities Welcome customers and help them find products that fit their needs Learn about our products and provide helpful, professional recommendations Operate the register and handle cash and card transactions accurately Stock, organize, price, and display merchandise Keep counters, cases, shelves, floors, and customer areas clean Monitor the sales floor and help prevent theft or product damage Complete assigned opening, closing, and downtime tasks Receive inventory and assist with inventory counts Maintain customer privacy and handle sensitive conversations respectfully Work independently while remaining productive during slower periods Qualifications Must be 21 years of age or older Comfortable working in an adult retail environment Dependable transportation and consistent attendance Friendly, confident, and professional with customers Able to discuss intimate products without judgment or embarrassment Able to follow instructions and accept constructive feedback Strong attention to detail and willingness to clean and organize Retail, cashier, or customer-service experience is preferred but not required Experience with a point-of-sale system is a plus Schedule Part-time position Must have some evening and weekend availability Store hours are Monday-Saturday, 10:00 a.m.-9:00 p.m., and Sunday, 12:00-6:00 p.m.
