What You'll Be Doing Welcome every guest with warmth, confidence, and professionalism Create a fun, friendly, and welcoming experience from check-in to check-out Manage reservations, calls, and guest profiles using our booking system Handle POS transactions and payments accurately Educate guests about services, memberships, packages, and retail products Confidently recommend products and services that fit each guest's needs Help achieve center goals for memberships, rebooking, retail, and sales Keep the front desk and lobby clean, polished, organized, and guest-ready Support your teammates and help keep the center running smoothly You'll Thrive Here If You...
