Duties Greet customers warmly and assist them in finding products that meet their needs with confidence and enthusiasm Conduct engaging product demonstrations to highlight features and benefits, encouraging customer interest and upselling opportunities Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system efficiently for transactions, including cash handling, credit card processing, and receipts Provide exceptional customer service by answering questions, resolving concerns, and maintaining a friendly, professional demeanor Stock shelves, organize displays, and ensure merchandise is well-presented through effective merchandising and stocking practices Assist with inventory management by monitoring stock levels and participating in regular stock counts Support the instructors when needed, helping to maintain a smooth daily operation Skills Proven experience with POS systems, cash handling, and retail math to ensure accurate transactions Ability to perform product demos confidently while highlighting key features to promote sales and upselling opportunities Excellent phone etiquette for engaging with customers over the phone or in person professionally Knowledge of merchandising techniques to create attractive displays that boost sales Basic math skills for handling cash registers accurately and managing inventory counts Join us in creating memorable shopping experiences!
