Our growing sales and development firm is seeking a competitive, energetic Sales Crew Member to introduce customers to Verizon Wireless products, services, and promotions. This is an in-person sales role for someone who enjoys meeting new people, creating momentum, and turning conversations into results. As a Sales Crew Member, you will learn how to identify customer needs, present Verizon Wireless solutions, handle questions, and confidently guide customers through enrollment. No previous wireless experience is required. Our hands-on sales training combines product education, coaching, and real-world practice to help you strengthen your communication skills, sharpen your sales approach, and become a more confident performer. Responsibilities of the Sales Crew Member Engage with customers in person and introduce Verizon Wireless products, plans, promotions, and account options. Start confident sales conversations and quickly build rapport with potential customers. Ask questions to understand each customer's wireless usage, current service, and connectivity needs. Recommend Verizon Wireless solutions based on the customer's lifestyle, household, and communication needs. Clearly explain product features, service benefits, pricing, and promotional offers. Address customer questions and objections while keeping the sales conversation focused and productive. Participate in daily sales meetings, product training, and performance coaching. Collaborate with other Sales Crew Members to improve sales strategies and reach individual and team goals. Represent Verizon Wireless with confidence while helping expand campaign presence throughout Fairfax. Qualifications of the Sales Crew Member A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred. Previous experience in sales, customer service, retail, hospitality, restaurants, promotions, or another customer-facing environment is a plus but not required. Competitive, motivated, and comfortable working toward measurable sales goals. Strong communication and relationship-building skills. Confident starting conversations and presenting products to customers. Able to answer questions and explain products or services clearly. Coachable and willing to apply feedback. Organized, dependable, and able to manage customer information and follow-ups. Interested in professional development and advancement within a growing sales organization.

Pay:

$55,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
