Job Description
We are seeking motivated and personable individuals to join our team in an Entry Level Sales position. This is a full-time, in-person role where team members represent our clients and interact directly with customers at designated retail locations. This position focuses on face-to-face customer engagement, product and service presentations, and sales. No prior sales experience is required; training is provided to help new team members learn our clients' products, customer engagement process, and sales procedures. Responsibilities Greet and engage customers in person at assigned retail locations Build rapport with customers through professional conversation Present and explain client products, services, and current promotions Answer customer questions and provide accurate information Recommend products or services based on customer needs Assist interested customers with purchases, enrollments, or account setup Use tablets and company systems to process customer information and transactions Work toward individual and team sales goals Maintain current knowledge of client products, services, promotions, and policies Maintain a clean, organized, and professional customer-facing area Follow company, client, and retail location policies and procedures Participate in ongoing sales, product, and professional development training Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent preferred Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills Comfortable approaching and speaking with customers face-to-face Professional and positive attitude Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team Willingness to learn about new products and services Ability to stand and walk for extended periods during scheduled shifts Benefits Leadership and professional development training Team-building activities and events Travel opportunities, when available Recognition for strong performance Opportunities for advancement based on performance, qualifications, and business needs Training & Development New team members receive hands-on training covering client products and services, face-to-face customer engagement, sales presentations, communication, goal setting, time management, and business operations.
