•Henry's Market is looking for a friendly, dependable Cashier / Store Associate to join our team. This position is much more than running a cash register. We're looking for someone who enjoys staying busy, takes pride in keeping the store looking its best, and provides outstanding customer service. Responsibilities Greet customers and provide friendly, professional service. Accurately operate the cash register and process customer transactions. Stock shelves and replenish merchandise as needed. Cull and organize produce to ensure it remains fresh, clean, and appealing. Help maintain the overall appearance and cleanliness of the store. Perform other stocking, merchandising, and store support duties as business needs and time permits. Qualifications Friendly, positive attitude with excellent customer service skills. Reliable and dependable with strong attendance. Able to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Willing to stay active throughout the shift. Able to lift up to 40 pounds and stand, walk, bend, and reach for extended periods. Retail or cashier experience is preferred but not required—we're happy to train the right person. What We're Looking For We're looking for someone who notices the little things. Whether it's straightening shelves, filling empty spots, removing less-than-perfect produce, or helping a customer find what they need, you'll play an important role in creating a clean, organized, and welcoming shopping experience.
