Job Description
We are seeking motivated and outgoing individuals to join our team in our store featuring gifts, houseplants, creemees, clothing, and more! The ideal candidates will be able to provide exceptional customer service, have an interest in merchandising and displays, and ensure the store is well-stocked and organized.
Responsibilities:
- Greet customers and provide them with a positive shopping experience
- Maintain a clean and organized sales floor, including keeping plants watered and cared for
- Stock shelves and merchandise products
- Answer customer questions
- Use Square POS to complete transactions
- Serve our legendary creemees!
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in retail sales is preferred but not required
- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively
- Previous POS experience is preferred
- Ability to lift heavy boxes and watering cans
- Previous knowledge of plant care is a plus
