Job Description
We are seeking reliable & enthusiastic individuals to join our team. As a Team Member, you will play a crucial role in providing excellent customer service. Our intention is to add more resilience to our cohesive, loving team. You are someone that will be reliably present to one another and the community and travelers alike.
- Greet customers and take their orders
- Pack and serve customers their orders
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area
- Handle cash transactions and operate the point-of-sale (POS) system
- Assist with bussing tables and clearing dishes
- Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient operations To be successful in this role, you should possess the following skills:
- Customer and/or food service experience is preferred
- Knowledge of culinary techniques and food preparation
- Ability to provide exceptional customer service
- Proficient in operating the Toast POS system or similar point-of-sale systems
- Basic understanding of retail math for cash handling
- Strong teamwork and communication skills
