Responsibilities Greet customers warmly and offer personalized assistance to meet their shopping needs Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting store environment that encourages customer engagement Assist with product displays, stock replenishment, and inventory management to ensure shelves are well-stocked and attractive Provide detailed product information, answer questions clearly, and recommend solutions tailored to customer preferences Operate checkout registers efficiently while ensuring accurate transactions and friendly service Support team members during busy periods by collaborating on tasks and maintaining high service standards Follow all safety procedures and company policies to promote a secure shopping environment Skills Excellent communication skills with a positive attitude that energizes both customers and team members Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced retail setting while maintaining attention to detail Strong organizational skills for managing stock, displays, and store cleanliness Willingness to learn about products and store operations to enhance customer support capabilities Flexibility to work varied shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed Prior experience in retail or customer service is a plus but not required—training will be provided! Basic proficiency with point-of-sale systems and inventory management tools is advantageous
