Windsor School is a public PreK-12 school serving approximately 560 students, with 110 students in grades 6-8. Our school is dedicated to a student-centered approach through proficiency based learning and student voice, through their learning, leadership initiatives, and their academic and social-emotional choices. We value educating the whole child through a team approach. We are a truly collaborative team and enjoy working together to support student agency and self-directed learning.
Summary:
Support staff members must be able to demonstrate flexibility, patience, dependability, punctuality, enthusiasm, empathy, calmness, helpfulness and an unbiased perspective. Support staff members should also be team-players with a supportive, ethical approach, and should also be able to communicate effectively with others, while maintaining confidentiality
Qualifications:
High School Diploma or GED
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Basic computer skills
  • Being able to work with a variety of students with different skill levels
  • Have an understanding of academic and social-emotional needs
  • Adaptability to meet the needs of students and the school environment
  • This position requires one to further their level of professional growth by attending professional development, such as workshops and/or courses.
